Your support of the Heart&Stroke Lottery has helped the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario fund ambitious, cutting edge research and health promotion programs - over and above our usual research grant spending. More than 50,000 strokes and 75,000 heart attacks occur every year, and are the cause of one in three deaths in Canada. Your support is important because it is helping us achieve breakthrough medical advances, effect social change and educate Ontarians to help save lives.
